About RevvLog
RevvLog is a maintenance logbook for cars, trucks, tractors, and the equipment that keeps a business running. It exists because service history lives in glovebox receipts, spreadsheets, and people's heads, and it's gone the moment someone leaves or a vehicle is sold.
Today owners, equipment operators, and small fleets use RevvLog to keep one shared record per vehicle, with reminders before work is due, NHTSA recall alerts, and the cost of every vehicle in plain numbers.
What we commit to
Paid for by subscriptions
RevvLog is funded by Pro and Fleet subscriptions. Revenue comes from the people who use RevvLog, and we do not sell your personal data.
Your records stay portable
Every vehicle's history exports to CSV or PDF on every plan. If RevvLog ever stops being the right tool for you, your records leave with you.
We only sell what's built
Feature pages separate what ships today from what's on the roadmap, so you never pay for a promise.
Security and your data
- Hosting
- RevvLog runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States (Ohio region).
- Encryption
- All traffic uses HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest on encrypted disks, and passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes.
- Backups
- The database is backed up nightly, and the backups are encrypted.
- Payments
- Stripe processes every payment. Card numbers never reach RevvLog's servers.
- Export your data
- Download any vehicle's full service history as CSV or PDF, whenever you like and on any plan.
- Delete your data
- Deleting your account from Settings removes the organizations you own, their records, and your uploaded files, and cancels any subscription.
