Terms of Service
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and SpinFlip LLC (“SpinFlip”, “we”, or “us”), which operates revvlog.com, the RevvLog app, and its API (together, “RevvLog”). By creating an account or using RevvLog you agree to them. If you use RevvLog for a business, you agree on behalf of that business and confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
Give us accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
An organization's owner controls who is invited, which role each member has, and which vehicles drivers can see. The owner is responsible for members' use of the organization.
Plans and billing
RevvLog has a free plan and paid Pro and Fleet plans. Current prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Stripe handles payment; we never see your card number.
Fleet is charged per vehicle or asset in the organization. When you add or remove assets, the charge changes to match, prorated by Stripe. Yearly plans can be paid by invoice on request. Prices do not include taxes, which are added where required.
If we change a plan's price, we will email the owner at least 30 days before the new price applies, and it starts at your next renewal. Add-on packs of AI diagnostic inquiries (questions you ask the Diagnose panel about a vehicle) are one-time purchases.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organization moves to the free plan. Your records stay in your account and you can still export them. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
Your data and our intellectual property
The records, receipts, and files you add are yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to run RevvLog for you, including sending them to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy.
You can export any vehicle's history to CSV or PDF, and you can delete your account from Settings, which deletes the organizations you own and their records. Make sure you have the right to upload anything you add.
RevvLog itself, including its software, design, content we write, name, and logo, belongs to SpinFlip and its licensors. These terms let you use it; they don't transfer any ownership to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use RevvLog to break the law, to upload malware, to access accounts or data that aren't yours, to probe or overload our systems, or to scrape or resell the service. Don't guess or share mechanic share-link tokens you weren't given.
Diagnostics, scanning, and outside data
AI diagnostics, receipt scanning, VIN decoding, maintenance suggestions, and recall data (from NHTSA) are informational. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. Check anything safety-related with a professional before you drive or operate the vehicle or equipment.
Reminders help you plan maintenance, but you remain responsible for maintaining your vehicles and meeting any legal or manufacturer requirements.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RevvLog available and to answer support email within one business day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, contact us and we will work out a fair adjustment.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or RevvLog at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your records.
Disclaimers and liability
RevvLog is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, SpinFlip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If a third party makes a claim against SpinFlip because of content you uploaded, your misuse of RevvLog, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover SpinFlip's reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal dispute about RevvLog or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you and SpinFlip agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email account owners before it takes effect. The “Last updated” date below shows the latest revision. If you keep using RevvLog after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
